Kw’e, My name is Summer Paul, I am a Mi’kmaq from Sipekne’katik (Indian Brook, NS) I have been quilling for a little over 2 years under the guidance of my aunt Crystal Gloade (maker of Birchbark Quilled Crafts). I’ve learned to harvest my own materials, make baskets, frame art, medallions and earrings. On my free time I’m either helping my aunt with workshops & preparations, gathering materials, coming up with new designs or catching up on orders.
