As always, the monumental Indigenous Arts Marketplace will be at the St.Laurent Shopping Centre, Ottawa!
So get ready to meet each other, see friends, learn together and do your CHRISTMAS SHOPPING at this one of a kind Indigenous women's gathering!

VENDOR GIFTS - Gift giving on stage all weekend! Vendors must donate one gift to the IACC.
- The gift must value $25.00 or more.
- You will drop off the gift on Saturday morning by 10am at the IAC table by the entrance and stage.
- Your name and your gift will be announced on stage and given to visitors/volunteers/partners throughout the weekend.
You must be a member of the Indigenous Arts Collective of Canada to be a vendor.

IMPORTANT DETAILS...
- First priority: First Nations, Inuit and Métis women who have provided identification aligned with our Indigenous Verification Strategy(opens in new tab).
- All vendors will be supplied one 8' table, tablecloth and two chairs.
- No additional display is permitted without prior permission. We can find space for clothes racks but you must get approval in advance.
- No electricity available.
- SET UP -Vendor set up begins at 7:30 am, Saturday, November 7th, 2026 • MUST be set up by 9am, ready to sell. No late arrivals are allowed due to mall regulations.
- TEAR DOWN - Vendor tear down begins at 5pm, Sunday, November 8th, 2026 • MUST fold table/chairs/tablecloths, all garbage picked up by 6:30 pm.
- TABLE ASSIGNMENT - Due to mall regulations, you will be assigned a table and it is not negotiable. There are no switching tables.
- CLEAN UP - All vendors must help their neighbours clean up. We are a sisterhood.
- NO EARLY DEPARTURES - No one may leave/pack up early on any day. This is firm. If there is an emergency, find Marleen or Dawn.
- You will be given directions to the nearest unloading/loading entrance once your application is processed and approved. Entrances are very close to your table. Bring a cart if you can.
- Vendors are allowed to bring helpers but IACC membership artists are required to be working at their table at all times.
- Deadline for vendor submissions, September 30, 2026.
- NOTIFICATION/CONFIRMATION - Vendor applications will be reviewed in September. All vendors will receive confirmation by October 5, 2026.
