VENDOR GIFTS - Gift giving on stage all weekend! Vendors must donate one gift to the IACC.

  • The gift must value $25.00 or more.
  • You will drop off the gift on Saturday morning by 10am at the IAC table by the entrance and stage.
  • Your name and your gift will be announced on stage and given to visitors/volunteers/partners throughout the weekend.

You must be a member of the Indigenous Arts Collective of Canada to be a vendor.

IMPORTANT DETAILS...

  • First priority: First Nations, Inuit and Métis women who have provided identification aligned with our Indigenous Verification Strategy(opens in new tab).
  • All vendors will be supplied one 8' table, tablecloth and two chairs.
  • No additional display is permitted without prior permission. We can find space for clothes racks but you must get approval in advance.
  • No electricity available.
  • SET UP -Vendor set up begins at 7:30 am, Saturday, November 7th, 2026 • MUST be set up by 9am, ready to sell. No late arrivals are allowed due to mall regulations.
  • TEAR DOWN - Vendor tear down begins at 5pm, Sunday, November 8th, 2026 • MUST fold table/chairs/tablecloths, all garbage picked up by 6:30 pm.
  • TABLE ASSIGNMENT - Due to mall regulations, you will be assigned a table and it is not negotiable. There are no switching tables.
  • CLEAN UP - All vendors must help their neighbours clean up. We are a sisterhood.
  • NO EARLY DEPARTURES - No one may leave/pack up early on any day. This is firm. If there is an emergency, find Marleen or Dawn.
  • You will be given directions to the nearest unloading/loading entrance once your application is processed and approved. Entrances are very close to your table. Bring a cart if you can.
  • Vendors are allowed to bring helpers but IACC membership artists are required to be working at their table at all times.
  • Deadline for vendor submissions, September 30, 2026.
  • NOTIFICATION/CONFIRMATION - Vendor applications will be reviewed in September. All vendors will receive confirmation by October 5, 2026.

If you are NOT a member, you cannot apply for a vendor table. You can apply for free membership. See the links above.
Women take priority at the Indigenous Women's Conference. Applications for people who do not identify as Indigenous women will not be reviewed.

Please write a short biography here. Tell us: your Nation, where you learned your art form (Elder, community, school, family, etc.)etc. A vendor guide book will be both printed and on our website. This profile information will be included. If you leave this blank, we will use the bio from your IAC profile page.
Please describe what you intend to sell. Note: all products must be hand made with most materials sourced on Turtle Island (whenever possible). No sacred or ceremonial items (examples: masks, staffs, eagle feathers etc.), please. No weapons, no mass produced items. All Orange Shirts and MMIW products will be subject to a 40% donation to the IAC (a registered charity). We will use it towards our reconciliation work or donate it to one of our partners that focuses on crimes against Indigenous peoples. Contact us with questions. This description may be used for IWAC marketing material and handouts.
The Arts Marketplace will take place on Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th at St.Laurent Shopping Centre. Vendors must be present both days. Saturday hours: 10:00am-9pm. Sunday hours: 11am-5pm. Someone must be working your booth at all times during the conference. SET UP / TEAR DOWN -See details above for set up and tear down times. There are no late set ups or early tear downs - all vendors stay set up until 5pm Sunday. Tear down is after 5pm.
It is required that products and materials be sourced on Turtle Island (North America) with the exception of beads/needles/threads, etc. This is to avoid the sales of mass produced items as we always look to ensuring the preservation and spiritual context and histories surrounding Indigenous art forms. Are all of your materials hand made and sourced on Turtle Island? *All product must be hand made by you. If selling t-shirts, the design must be drawn by you. We will create a conference booklet that will promote you as an artist in our Indigenous Arts Marketplace.
