Carrie has lived in Manitoba all her life and is now recently retired. She is a self-taught artist but has been an avid painter since childhood. She enjoys creating cultural artwork such as moccasins, gauntlets and mitts, mini decoration drums, medicine bags, dreamcatchers, ribbon skirts, painted buffalo skulls, and more.
