Saddle Lake First Nation, Alberta

Drea is an Indigenous woman from Saddle Lake Cree Nation in Alberta, Canada. She now resides with her fiancée and two sons in Sherwood Park. As a teenager, Drea was first introduced to beading through her mother.

She has always been known to love beaded earrings, and as a result, often receives them as gifts. She recently decided to further her knowledge of the art and is now creating her own patterns. Drea has been accepted into the Culinary Arts program at NAIT in Edmonton and is currently selling her beautiful creations to help with costs.
