Eileen Marlowe (Lutsel K’e Dene First Nation, NWT) is an expert in strategic communication management: People, Policy, and Process (PPP). She specializes in systems thinking, strategic planning, Indigenous engagement, and strategic communications for dynamic teams and workplaces. Eileen has over 25 years of experience observing dynamics and relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees within various workplace settings. She’s worked across different sectors such as tourism, oil and gas, education and training, renewable resources, environmental management, and green mineral extraction. She acquired a master’s degree from McMaster University and is a certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner (NLP. Eileen is also an abstract artist, and the author of a book tilted, The Call to Connect with Spirit.
