My name is Faith Vaughan and I'm Red River Métis. On my Mother's side, I am a direct descendant of Charles Trotchie, leader of the Round Prarie Métis and on my father's side, I'm a L'Hirondelle/Bellerose. The first teacher I had was my godmother, Alma. I love beadwork and I aim to create contemporary Métis floral earrings and beadwork for people to wear daily and to help people feel proud of being Michif.
