Hello! I'm Laura D, Indigenous (Abenaki) Tattooer/Piercer/Artist.
I opened my first Tattoo and Piercing studio in 2007. I owned a successful studio in Selkirk, Manitoba for 7 years before moving back to BC. I guested at Craftsman Tattoo in White Rock before opening Body Art by Laura D in South Surrey in 2015.

Prior to Tattooing and Piercing I attended Douglas College Nursing, UBC First Nations Science and the Native Education College in Vancouver.
I have offered original art for sale since the late 2000s. I am currently working in acrylics, watercolor, ink, and digital art. I also have a metal work and jewelry studio. I currently work in silver, copper and glass beads.
