Lauren Karonhiaronkwas McComber is a Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) woman of the Bear Clan. She is the owner/manager of Lotus + Sage Holistics, a holistic wellness shop in Kahnawà:ke that has been in operation since 2017. It offers therapeutic services, workshops, fitness classes, and natural products.

Lauren is also a reiki practitioner, reflexologist, natural product maker, and herbalist in training who has a diploma in social work and is a former journalist. Lauren’s work is influenced by her ties to the land and experiences in the natural world. They blend traditional Kanien’kehá:ka knowledge with Eastern philosophy
