My name is Lisa Poulin, I am an Ojibway/Cree artist from Matachewan First Nation in Ontario, Canada and now reside in Saskatchewan. I am a Kokum to two Grandsons and a Mother to two sons.
I have been working as an Indigenous advocate in the justice system for years and currently work from home as an instructor for the Anishnabek Education Institute. I am following my passion in teaching and making beautiful skirts. I teach adults and youth how to sew and also support my people as a Director involved with the Saskatchewan Aboriginal Women's Council.
