I am Anishnawbe and originate from Seine River Reserve in Treaty 3. I was Sixties scooped and adopted to Six Nations Reserve when I was 2. I am a mother of 3 daughters and grandmother of 7. I was always interested in art, jewellery and learning new skills. As an artisan I felt obligated to learn indigenous art in as many forms and mediums and now as a grandmother to give back to our youth. I have been a street artist for 25 years in Toronto and vendor for 30 years. My work has gone all over the world
