I am a Cree Certified Holistic Practitioner and Indigenous Doula.

From the time I was a little girl, even tho I was raised in a Colonialist, Patriarchal, Socially discriminating environment I always knew who I was.

I feel my whole life’s journey were my teachings to bring me to this day, and this place. For this I am eternally greatful.

I harvest all my medicines in a good way with my Elders and Ancestors mind, if they are not physically present with me. I live off the grid as close to the creator as possible. All my products that I create represent life. They are products that I myself and my children utilize daily, and we love sharing it with whomever feels called. I use only Organic ingredients when possible and use minimal pure ingredients in all my Body, Min,Soul Products.

Aside from my private practice at the Anderson Creek clinic at Boston Bar Indian Band as a Holistic Practitioner and Traditional Healer, I am also a knowledge keeper.

I share our Indigenous teaching to the Children of School district 78 and am also and Indigenous Doula. I know our ceremonies are our connection to the land and creator and practice regularly/daily.
