Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a Member of the Mathias Colomb Cree Nation. I grew up in Winnipeg, and I was raised by a Metis family since a very young age. In my home we were encouraged to be part of our Indigenous culture through dancing, ceremonies and programming. As you can see, it reflects in my paintings for the love of my culture and animals.

I am a self taught artist who always found peace and joy in drawing and painting. My hobby has allowed me to use my imagination and study the animals that I so much admire. I have taken a couple of art classes through small programs that allowed me to share my interest collectively, and when I can't be in a classroom setting it is just by observing and spending time figuring out what works best or looking up tutorials on YouTube and following along. I hope you enjoy my bio and well as the paintings that I share.
