Just like a piercing ceremony, where one gives their flesh to the tree of life in order to experience the tiniest form of suffering a life giver endures to bring new life-singing and performing music is an opportunity for me to give back to all of creation that reaches past physical. More importantly it allows me to honor and recognize the people who have given me their life teachings and tools through their lived sufferings in order for me to have a higher standard of living and be able to connect to human experiences of abundance and joy which is about giving and receiving in fe/male balance. It allows me to feel alive and share the joys I have been privileged to have. Life is a privilege. Life is for the living. For me to not take anything for granted-singing and performing allows me to share abundance in a way that reaches beyond physical reach.
