She also incorporates holistic approaches to health, spirituality, well-being and the natural world in all her practices. Despite having limited opportunities for artistic expression growing up, the longing for it was always there. Leah was thankful when she was afforded the opportunity to take part in choirs, drama productions, dance, beadwork, and sewing.
