Hi, my name is Amanda, and I am a Métis  woman born in Winnipeg, MB and from the Red River Settlement.

I have been beading since I was 13, so I have 30 years of experience. Beading has been a hobby for me and helped me connect to myself. Beading helps me stay grounded and I like to mix colors and different styles of beading.

I have been taught by many people over the years, but my teachings mainly come from the Neekaneet area in Saskatchewan. I did some healing work there for many years.

I have a small business for my beading, and I am also an addiction counselor.
