Hello, my name is Joy La Forme. I am a proud member of Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.

My father is a survivor of the Mohawk Institute. Growing up, I knew very little about myself and identity. However, as an adult I have been fortunate enough to reconnect with Indigenous cultures and communities through my art.

I am inspired by Mother Nature, especially antlers, as they are one of my main natural resources used for creating. We are all interconnected by her.
