I had learned to bead when I was a small child at a community beading workshop but never stuck with it until last year when I picked it up again during my second pregnancy. My friend was able to refresh my memory and share her knowledge and techniques as well. I thank her for helping me get this far in my work because beading is also another way for me to ground myself and connect with my culture. I am always eager to share my knowledge with others so we can learn together!
